How do Preferred Carrier Offers work?

  • Forwarders no longer have to manually send freight to reach selected carriers. The Preferred Carrier Offers function is available in the freight publication form and directly in the messenger.
  • Offers can be sent not only to contacts from the messenger, but also to carriers who do not use the Trans.eu Platform. In such a case, they will receive them via SMS or e-mail.
  • Forwarders can send an offer to up to 15 carriers at the same time. Each of them receive it in a private conversation.
  • The forwarder can group their contacts according to criteria such as a specific route, type of load or vehicles owned, which allows for even faster sending of tailored offers.
  • The carrier receives the offer through various channels – in the Trans.eu messenger, in the For Me tab, in the Loads2Go mobile app, by e-mail or text message – which minimizes the risk of overlooking them.
  • If the freight forwarder already has a carrier for the order, they can easily finalize the transaction by sending the offer exclusively to this carrier.
