FIXED ROUTES
Automate the process of ordering transport on repetitive routes and loads – and handle more orders without expanding your team.
Automate the process of ordering transport on repetitive routes and loads – and handle more orders without expanding your team.
The Fixed Routes feature minimizes the time spent on handling repetitive orders. Freights are automatically assigned to regular carriers according to previously established scenarios.
Fixed Routes allow you to configure parameters of regular orders and assign to them carriers that most frequently handle them. This means that when a forwarder adds a load that meets specific criteria, the carriers are assigned automatically.
Forwarders and forwarding managers can define many different scenarios, specifying who, in what order and on what terms receives a given offer.
Freight acceptance by the carrier and sending the order can also be done automatically. This makes the freight allocation process nearly maintenance-free, which allows forwarders to handle more orders and offer requests.
Based on historical data from your TMS, we configure Fixed Routes for use by all freight forwarders in your company. This streamlines carrier availability verification, offering, and the formalization of orders can be done automatically.
Forwarders no longer have to call and write to carriers, and all communication is archived in one place, in digital form, which minimizes the risk of errors and ensures full transparency and measurability of forwarding processes.
Automatic allocation of freight on repeatable routes saves forwarders’ time, allowing them to handle additional orders. This directly translates into higher profits for the company.
Fixed Routes also enable you to set fixed rates with selected carriers while simultaneously collecting offers from trusted partners with minimal manual effort, without the need to publish freight on a public freight exchange. This allows freight forwarders to negotiate rates based on market conditions and select the most cost-effective option, maximizing margins.
Process automation increases the frequency of cooperation with regular carriers, which allows for higher load security.
Fixed Routes’ overview also helps with better planning of carrier availability for future orders. It becomes easier to identify areas with fleet shortages or expiring contracts, allowing you to secure necessary resources in advance.
Moreover, by establishing fixed rates with carriers for specific lanes, you can plan budgets ahead of time and manage costs more efficiently.
