The Fixed Routes feature minimizes the time spent on handling repetitive orders. Freights are automatically assigned to regular carriers according to previously established scenarios.

    Fixed Routes allow you to configure parameters of regular orders and assign to them carriers that most frequently handle them. This means that when a forwarder adds a load that meets specific criteria, the carriers are assigned automatically.

    Forwarders and forwarding managers can define many different scenarios, specifying who, in what order and on what terms receives a given offer.

    Freight acceptance by the carrier and sending the order can also be done automatically. This makes the freight allocation process nearly maintenance-free, which allows forwarders to handle more orders and offer requests.

How do Fixed Routes work?

  • We analyze data from your TMS or Trans.eu platform and configure Fixed Routes – or you can set them up yourself. You can assign any number of contractors to a Regular Lane.
  • In the case of a pre-determined freight rate, the carrier must accept the Regular Lane proposal, ensuring they are willing to collaborate with your company under the proposed conditions.
  • Forwarders can send freight on a Regular Lane to all carriers or create advanced publication scenarios that take into account the order in which carriers receive the offer or different pricing conditions for each.
  • When publishing a new freight, the system automatically recognizes and suggests to the forwarder that it matches a Fixed Route or an automated rule containing it and that they can use it.
  • Carriers receive notifications about new offers via messenger, email, the platform, and browser alerts, making this form of publication highly effective.
  • A Fixed Route specifies whether a given offer requires carrier acceptance or if the carrier is automatically assigned as the contractor after a set time.
  • It is possible to set automatic sending and acceptance of orders by the carrier, which additionally reduces manual work.
