Loads2GO is becoming Trans.eu

- Author: Weronika Wykrota

If you’ve been using Loads2GO on your phone alongside Trans.eu on desktop, you’ll soon see one consistent name across devices.

Starting in Q1 2026, the Loads2GO mobile app will be listed in the App Store and Google Play as Trans.eu.

What’s changing

This is a branding update.

  • App name: Loads2GO → Trans.eu
  • App icon, splash screen, and in-app branding: updated to the Trans.eu visual identity
  • App store listings: updated name and graphics, same app

What’s not changing

  • App functionality
  • Your account, login, and access levels
  • Historical data
  • Access to the freight exchange
  • Pricing and subscription terms

Why we’re making this change

We’re aligning the mobile app with the rest of the Trans.eu platform so it’s clearer and more consistent for teams using multiple tools and devices.

Why This Actually Matters for Your Work

The rename isn’t cosmetic for its own sake. For forwarders managing multiple shipments and carrier relationships simultaneously, consistency matters.

One ecosystem, end to end.

You’ve built processes around Trans.eu — load posting, carrier search, negotiation, documentation. Trans.eu brings that same ecosystem to your phone. Now the brand name on your app matches the platform you’re already logged into on desktop. Unified identity means less context-switching, less confusion, and faster decisions when they count.

Never miss a carrier response.

The Trans.eu mobile app messenger means you’re reachable even when you’re not at your desk. Carriers can respond to your loads, you can confirm quickly, and shipments keep moving. Being present and responsive is a competitive advantage in freight — and now it doesn’t require you to be tethered to a workstation.

The depth of the Trans.eu network, in your pocket.

Trans.eu is one of the largest road freight exchanges in Europe, with a particularly strong presence across Central and Eastern European corridors. That network is fully accessible through Trans.eu — meaning you have a real-time view of carrier availability, not a filtered or limited mobile version.

Questions & answers

My team uses both Trans.eu on web and Loads2GO on mobile. Do we need to do anything?

No. Update the app when prompted (or download it as Trans.eu). Logins, permissions, and settings stay the same. It’s worth informing your team so the new name and icon don’t come as a surprise.

Will this affect our API integrations or TMS connections?

No. The change is limited to the mobile app branding. Integrations and connectivity remain unchanged.

Why now? Are there changes to the platform coming with this update?

This is part of consolidating the Trans.eu product family under one brand. There are no changes to functionality or terms as part of this update. Any future product updates will be communicated separately through official channels.

What if someone on my team can’t find the app after the update?

Search for “Trans.eu” in the App Store or Google Play, or use the link below. During the transition period, the previous listing will redirect appropriately.

Who should we contact if something doesn’t work after the update?

Use your existing Trans.eu support channels. During the rollout, we’ll prioritise support for any issues related to the update.
