Racławicka 2-4, 53-146 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000720763 (hereinafter: Trans.eu), of my personal data in the form of my image captured during the event, in particular in the scope covering publication of materials (images, videos) on which this image (voice) was recorded in the internal resources of Trans.eu, including the Trans.eu platform (WorkPlace) and on the internet, as well as reproduction of the image with all currently available techniques and methods, distribution and publication of the image (including voice) for promotional purposes of Trans.eu, by placing them, in particular, on the website, on social media, in videos promoting and recapping Trans.eu’s involvement in its events. This consent is unlimited in time and territory and covers repeated (unlimited in quantity) use of the image together with the name in all fields of exploitation know at the time of this representation I hereby represent that use of my image in accordance with this consent does not infringe on anyone’s personal rights or other rights. I confirm that I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent to the use of my image at any time without justifying this decision. I also confirm that I am interested in receiving marketing content about current products and offers of Trans.eu Group S.A. (“Controller”), including further invitations to events organised by the Controller, and I consent to sending commercial information via electronic communication to the contact details I have provided. I may withdraw my consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the marketing information sent to date.
